Japanese Language learning site and resources
« on: January 09, 2010, 12:39:07 am »
Okay, I'd like to share an awesome site with you guys :sing
http://nihongo-dekimasu.blogspot.com/
There's like literally hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars worth of Japanese learning resources on here free to download. Though, to be honest I haven't used a whole lot of what I've downloaded :D They've also got J-music and J-movies and stuff too ;DD

Also, IMO the single best textbook for learning Japanese is "Ultimate Japanese Basic-Intermediate", you can find it on that site though I bought it (it's worth it yo) although I did download the accompanying audio files on the web (they're not available on the site I listed). The sheer amount of knowledge in this book is incredible :D By the time you finish this book (and completely understand everything covered in this book) you will be semi-fluent in Japanese :-oo I'm only half of the way done and I can understand manga pretty well ;DD (though I'm really dependant on the furigana and a dictionary D: )

Annd, for those of you on-the-go, the best audio course for learning Japanese is Michel Thomas course :love I searched for a long time for a decent Japanese audio course and Michel Thomas is hands down the best- It's a recording of a teacher and a native Japanese speaker teach two students who are learning Japanese for first time, so how fast the lesson goes depends on their ability to learn the language, because of that it's easier to pay attention to that those other repetative audio courses ;DD and it the ONLY audio course I've found that actually explains Japanese grammar. I thought this method was really brilliant, I'm gonna listen to the Russian one next :love

Anywho, sorry for the length, I just wanted to share that with y'all ^-^ :P
